Regardless of whether you have our Standard Charger, or one of our Commander Series Chargers they all have the same basic functionality when attempting to charge your Lithium-Ion Batteries. Follow these steps: 1. Plug the cord into charger. The light will be off 2. Insert lithium battery into charger. The light will turn green to tell you it is properly connected. 3. Plug into wall. Light will be RED if the battery is completely dead or orange if it has a slight charge. 4. Once it has charged to 100% the light will turn GREEN.

It will take up to six hours to fully charge a depleted battery.
